I hurt in a good way after getting my butt kicked by Ben every week. Amazing staff. Great facilities. Nice people. Not one of those CrossFit gyms that is the opposite of Fight Club.
I love that everyone in gym helps one another, you can ask for assistance, questions and the coaches are disciplined, they will help you build up to your limitless efforts of strength and power.
Excellent coaches and facility, and exceptionnal community. This was my first Crossfit experience and I'm hooked now! Been going regularly for the last 4 month, every workout was awesome!(edit) -> 2.5 years later, still a regular, still awesome! I love the coaches and community!
