A personal trainer is not just a teacher teaching you how to use the weight machines but a PARTNER with you on your fitness journey. From my past experience with personal trainers, Alan stands out as THE BEST one I've ever had. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored the workouts to meet my personal needs. While we met only once a week for an hour, he kept me accountable throughout the week as I had to take a picture of EVERYTHING I ate and send it to him. He also checked-in with me on my stress levels (where at times, were pretty high), and the amount of sleep I got every night. Because of Alan's holistic approach (physical, nutrition, stress-management, and sleep), what I thought was impossible when we started became a reality almost seven months later as I was able to not only reach my goal weight but GO BEYOND it. YEAAAHH!!! We did it...TOGETHER!! Thanks Alan! ♥️ Before I trained with Alan for 30 sessions, I also trained with Eric for 10 sessions. Eric was great in making sure the workout/movements/weight-lifting that I did was not causing any physical injury, which is common for any athlete. He also made sure I was feeling the muscle(s) working and wasn't doing the repetitive motion mindlessly—these were lessons that I took with me when I trained with Alan. Although I did not feel Eric was a right fit to help me reach my fitness goals, he is a trainer that I would recommend for someone who is already a personal trainer looking to improve their own training or getting back to working out after an injury. I am grateful for Eric's part of my fitness journey! Lastly, I want to mention the InBody machine at FITting Room Fitness Studio. You stand on the machine and it gives you a breakdown of your muscle, bone, fat, and water weight. You are also able to see your how much muscle you have on your right and left arms, trunk, and legs. The assessment is insightful because you can see the breakdown on how much muscle, bone, and fat you have in your body and how much weight you need to lose and muscles you need to gain. Remember, your weight is more than just a number! When I went on a cruise last year, the fitness guy was promoting the InBody assessment for $149 USD per person but as a discount for attending the fitness seminar it was only $99.99 USD for two people. I am so happy I got to do this assessment MONTHLY for FREE as part of my training. This alone makes FITting Room Fitness Studio stands out as a premier personal training studio. And... in case you were wondering, the fitness studio and bathrooms are clean. ;) Happy Training!
Highly recommend this fitness studio for anyone aspiring to start going to the gym! I trained with Alan, who is outstanding and really cared about my progress since I started out as a beginner lifter. He explains movements clearly, pushes you just the right amount, and always keeps workouts challenging and fun. The space itself is clean, well-equipped, and generally feels like a nice environment to train in. I’ve seen improvements in both my physique and strength since starting here, so definitely check this place out!

I’ve been training with Iris for six months and it’s made a real difference. I’ve lost 8 kg and gained a lot of muscle—my overall shape and posture have improved a lot. I’m stronger, more confident in the gym, and I’ve actually stayed consistent—which I never managed before. She keeps things straightforward, pays attention to form, and knows when to push and when to dial it back. She also gives me helpful advice on nutrition, which has really supported my progress.
