Excellent atmosphere, great people and the trainers really know what they are doing
One of the nicest gyms Ive ever been a member of! Always very clean change rooms and showers. Excellent and friendly staff, and a classy but non pretentious atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and fun lifestyle change! These guys get you results!!

This gym is located on main Street Markham. It is a small gym but it clean and parking is free.
One of the best gyms I have ever been to and the staff is great! I strongly recommend joining this gym before you go any where else. It's also open 24/7 and is always kept clean.
