The worst hair cut ever. RUN. She will cut your hair shorter than you want and UNEVEN and not listen to instructions. Her salon is VERY unhygienic and she is SO unprofessional. She left the hair dryer on the floor and I could see MOLD on her towel. If I can help anyone from this review it is worth it. My haircut at Betty brought me to tears.
Betty knows how to cut hair l. My hair grows a bit different from the back compared to the front and she takes her time to make sure it looks well blended Even some more high end places there stylists didn't know how to cut my hair and I ask for very generic styles.
This is the WORST hair styling and customer service I have ever received in my life! I spent over $100 on their hair products and on top of that I got a haircut. I asked for layers and they chopped the front half of my hair in a straight cut. It was NOT layers at all. I was so heartbroken so I went back and they promised me that they would fix it for free but they did not apologize for their mess up. My hair takes so long to grow so after 2-3 months of waiting for it to grow back I call them to receive my fix on the front layers/bangs and they denied me service and were SO EXTREMELY rude about it. I would post the photo here but it makes me so sad that I don’t want to show it to anyone. I am absolutely shocked by this wrongful treatment and I would NOT recommend this hair salon to anyone. My hair ended up looking like Edna’s from The Incredibles when I asked for layers. This is my first time writing a bad review, thoroughly disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place.
The gentleman at the salon was friendly with my 4 year old son and kept him in conversation while cutting his hair. He also did a good job of understanding the haircut shown and doing it similarly.
I have very long hair and love it very dearly. I asked to cut an inch off and she cut over 4 inches off and could not even cut a straight line. I have been cutting my own hair for 5 years because of the fear that someone else will cut it too short. and for the first time I gave a salon a try and regret it.
The haircuts were done so well and turned out looking better than expected! Also very friendly customer service and the haircutters were very easy to talk to!
I went for keratin and informed I need to do a keratin which makes straight my hair she said ok and applied cream. Middle of applying cream she said it will not make hair straight and then I realized she cheated me saying keratin will make my hair straight. I had to pay for keratin though it was not according to my expectation.
