Wow, what a weird response to my review. Kim did my hair so yes, I'm positive it was your store. I originally left 2 stars because you were nice but now I changed it to one star because of your extremely unprofessional "nonsense" reply. And fyi, my friend came in to do her hair after me and you made it brassy orange instead of ash brown as requested. It looked like you didn't even tone it. She had to get it redone. I left this part out of my original review because it wasn't my own hair but since we're all about talking "nonsense" here, I'm adding it in too. ---------------- Original review: They really over processed my hair during my digital perm. It took over 5 hours to do and as soon as I got home, I could tell they had really, really damaged it. Tons of hair was falling out, terrible breakage and the smell took over a month and half to go away. I've gotten 2 other digital perms in Asia and they were nothing like this. The smell dissipated within 2 or 3 days and hair was still silky smooth. I had long hair down to my mid back and it was so tangled and damaged where my split ends had split ends that I cut it off to above my shoulders (so a good 12" to 15"). My hairbrush was always full of broken, damaged hair anytime I tried to comb it. 0/10 recommended for a digital perm. Haircut was fine, I guess? Service is nice but I won't be back.
One of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten. Not sure if he’s a professional hairstylist but the way he cuts my hair is worse than I can do for myself. The ends of my hair is not even lol

Andy cut my hair. He seems like a nice elderly man, but his hands shook a lot. Which is unfortunate. To cut hair you need stability. Dexterity. And precision. Which is hard to do with shaky hands. He made a few mistakes in my haircut that couldn’t be fixed. I was not happy.
Update. Andy once again were so professional and make me look 10 years younger!!! Plus the products I bought from Hair Reno smell devine!!!! I have never used such products in my entire life. Everyone complements my hair and the smell of the shampoo I purchased. I feel like a milion dollars ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Andy was amazing! He understood what I wanted from the very beginning. He also used European products which I really loved. My hair looks stunning and I feel gorgeous! Thanks Andy, I will definitely come back again and again and again ?
Very clean and kind hair salon in Markham. Located right at Woodbine/16th. Kim helped me and she is so nice, communicative and helped me decide for Dark Chocolate Brown Balayage. Lots of photos to choose from on Pinterest inspo - and accept etransfer / debit. Would definitely come back for haircut and another colour treatment again. Thanks Hair Reno & Kim!
