One of the staff is not professional at all. They refused to give me her name. She didn't follow my preference and she cut a lot from my hair length( more than 8 inches). It was very bad experience which I would not want to repeat
The hair cutters appear extremely unprofessional and disorganized; their salon is quite messy, and they don't clean it properly. I personally didn't like the skill, I said medium cutting but he did deep cutting, they mostly use the trimmer but results are disappointed, He doesn't have a good English skills, at the end of his bad skill he is expecting a tip for it, I skip the tip and he look at me very badly. Very bad I wish could give 0 rating
Third time to here. First time $15 + tips, second time $18 +tips and recently asked to pay $20 (instead of $18 base price for regular hair cut) you better to confirm price before starts
Horrible service! Waited an hour for a haircut. Very understaffed. Worst of all, they gave me the wrong haircut. It was too short. I asked for the top to be longer than the sides. But then they said that they needed to shorten the sides because it was longer then the top. I don't know what kind of business this is but I'm never coming back!

If I could, I would go with zero star, I had long hair and went there just for a trimming because I was worry about split ends, a senior guy did it for me and the result was awful, I don’t know how but it ended up with uneven shorter hair, without cutting split ends at all. If you see my hair, you’ll think maybe a 5 year old kid has practiced using scissor on my hair! Now I’m just waiting my hair grows a little so I can go to a professional to get an at least even cut! However when that senior guy was done, his colleague saw the result and he tried to work on my hair to at least make it even, which a little bit helped, but still It’s awful!
I went to their Thornhill location for the first time yesterday and I was extremely pleased. I just wanted a basic haircut and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes (thankfully it wasn't busy). "Alan" who cut my hair was great. He cut it exactly the way I wanted it. He was very polite and friendly. When I went to pay, Rogers was down so he told me to simply come back the next day to pay so I can pay using my debit card. I did that today. Finally, you can't beat the value. You will not find a $15.00 haircut anywhere in the GTA. Now that I'm retired, this is now my "go to" place to get my hair cuts in the future.
