I have been a repeat customer since at least 2021. This place has impressed me for its friendly staff and reasonable prices. It's truly a no-frills hair salon. They get the job done well. Unlike other salons, where they serve you drinks and offer a massage, which are not necessary, this place simply gets the job done. I like Simon's simplicity and down-to-earth approach to customers. After all, all we want is a haircut. :) Please keep up the good work!
Tony has been cutting and coloring my hair for 23 years now. I have tried other places but none of those are compatible with Simon Image Design. It is a busy place, I recommend calling to book an appointment in advance.

I have been going to Betty for 15 years now. Best service ever. She is very caring and passionate about her customers needs and requirements. She makes great suggestions and I’m grateful for that. I was very disappointed and upset about my visit today. I was in the area to run some errands and scheduled some time to get a haircut. When I asked about the wait time, I was told 15 mins. I was good with that, so decided to wait. 45 mins later I was still waiting, and for some reason the lady that came after me was getting prepared for her haircut before me. When I asked how much longer I have to wait, and said that I don't have much time left to wait, I was told to come back another day. That is ridiculous! I already wasted 45 mins waiting there, and then was told to come back another day! Had I been given an honest answer about the wait time, I wouldn't have stayed. This was supposed to be a treat for myself. I wanted to get a nice haircut for Mother's Day (the next day). But by the time I was told to "come back another day", it was too late for me to go anywhere else.
I had a lovely first time experience here. Everything from the hair washing to the cutting was done professionally and everyone was very nice to interact with. Would definitely be coming here again for my next cut!
