Quiet and clean, needs credit card capability to bring up to great.
This was the first time I visited any public laundry. In contrary to my expectation, this place was clean with many options of washers. Spacious work platform, dispenser for soap and bag. The rate as little expensive, could be cheaper on the weekends. I give a five star to this place.
First time to visit this place. Everything looks new and a bit pricey $6.25 for a bigger washer. I chose a smaller washer $3.75 but there was a problem with all the small ones putting very little water in the washer so the clothes soaked that water up and tumbled almost dry through the cycle. Another customer had the same problem with the small washers beside me. So little water to wash that it didn't wash. They might work if you only put 3 items in the washer but what's the point of that. Someone called the owner and he refunded our money (thank you) but I really came to wash my clothes, not play with new machines to get them to work properly.Maybe the water level can be set to disperse more than one litre of water to wash a full load but until then I have to go elsewhere.
Love this place and I have been a client there since the early 1990's. Clean facilities with ample machines at a reasonable price.
One of the dryes didn't have hot air .I wasted 3$ in it before I realized what was going on .called the number to let them know it wasn't working .At first he said he was the owner but when I asked for my 3$ back he pretended not to know what I was talking about and claimed he didn't know what I was asking him. He was fine and understood me in all things Thill I asked for my 3$ back . Scammer . Will not be coming here again. There's a place just up the street on Main Street Markham .That's where I'm going now .
