Customer service in any customer-facing job is of paramount importance. I would have to say it's severely lacking here. Not sure if it was an employee or the owner that was working, but the absence of warmth when facing a potential customer or a customer left feeling like the business can go without our patronage was startling. It's too bad that the alteration shop we usually go to has closed, or else we never would've come here. We'll go somewhere else next time.
Literally THE BEST dry cleaners & alteration services out there. The owner is the sweetest lady. She is confident and SO real, no bs, no sales because she gives you her honest opinion. The difference is that she's doing her own work/alterations so she's seen it all... material wise, fashion wise. She keeps up with the trends and always gives me her advice on what would look best on me. The level of care and expertise are so hard to find. I've moved downtown a couple years ago and could not find anywhere that was nearly as good. I still found myself making that 30-45min drive just to see her for weekly dry cleaning drop-offs and alterations after a shopping spree.

I called and asked how long it takes before I can get the suit I wanted to be cleaned for I have no idea at all. (First time) The girl whi answered my call was very RUDE to me… very2 RUDE… do not run a business if you do not want to be asked… so, so RUDE… ???
I am not recommended to modify the trousers. I told her to keep some trousers longer when I brought a few trousers, but they were all cut very short for me. They were very rustic to wear. I strongly do not recommend modifying the trousers.
