We have been using Prima Academy’s facilities for our lessons for several years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The classrooms are comfortable and conducive to learning, and the environment is always welcoming for both teachers and students. The staff at Prima are professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive.
Booked Prima Academy for a live show — extremely disappointing experience. Technician had no clue how to handle sound or lighting. My mic and guitar levels were off the entire time, and lighting ruined the stage vibe. We started late due to their team, but they still charged us for overtime. I’ve performed across Toronto and never faced this level of unprofessionalism. Would not recommend for serious artists or events.
I have joined the karaoke singing group class for about a year, and would highly recommend it. 2 hour class includes about 15min vocal warmup, 45min learning a new song for next week, and then 1hour song demos from each student. Our class has about 12 students. During our demo of the song learned last week, teacher Selina would pause our demo and give comments or singing tips. I have good classmates, all enjoying singing, and supportive.
Enrolled my singing class for about one year. The venue is clean and has a good environment for my study. My teacher is very professional and has great patience with the students . I am happy that I have chosen Prima Academy for my training.
