I used to buy pet supplies and food here. A friendly girl always made me think of this store first when I needed it with a bright smile and patient service. But she's not here now, or I always miss her. Three months ago, I walked into this store again. The clerk made a mistake about the price. The actual price was much higher than the price on the label. When I paid the bill, I raised questions. The young man didn't apologize. I joked that if it was the price on the label, I would buy more. He was not very happy and answered me in a blunt tone, "No!"Yesterday, I went to this store again and wanted to buy dog food for elderly dogs. I searched for it for a long time, but no, the young man came again. He and I recommended diet dog food and told me that they were the same, almost the same.Oh, my God, is that a professional answer?It's irresponsible!I believe in the brand of this store, but I will choose a store with another address.
This is the best pet store in the entire GTA/York region. It has a huge variety of merchandise and I go here to buy the speciality toothpaste for my dog that isn't available elsewhere.
I should have reviewed awhile ago but better now than never :) I love this store! The people who work here, no matter who is helping you, Brittany, Derek, whomever, they are all wonderful and helpful. They are so knowledgeable and give great advice and tips. I feel very fortunate to have this Global Pet Foods in our neighborhood. They keep track of previous purchases to help you remember what you chose before, and educate you on what is new and exciting. Check this store out—you will be happy that you did!

Great service! Staff are very kind and helpful. The kind of bird food i wanted was out of stock, and they helped me to place special order, and called me when the order came. I like buying from them. Happy birbs!
This Global Pets is smaller than most stores. Whenever I enter the store, a lot of the times I’m not greeted by the staff members. They’re usually standing behind the counter talking to each other. They only talk to me if I have a question and I approach them first. I think there’s only one staff member that has ever approached me first. When I do ask questions, the staff are able to answer me. Overall, I just come in, grab my stuff and go.
Absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service at this location. I phoned in with some concerns about my dogs diet/health and wanted to seek advice in what brand would be best suitable for my dogs needs. Brittney answered the phone in such a cheerful, polite manner and stayed on the phone with me for quite some time and addressed all my questions and concerns in full. She recommended some great brands based on the information she gathered about my dog and gave extremely knowledgeable answers. She definitely knows her stuff! I am happy to say we are making the switch to global pet foods just based off that interaction.
