Amazing staff and a very clean store including the bath area. The staff are also very nice and provide samples of foods if you say you want to try something new as your dog gets picky
The place is clean and nice but there’s an asian male staff that was really angry and was openly swearing to his colleagues. He was loud and i tried to give a few awkward looks but he was ranting, going on about how upset he was. Lots of loud swearing - completely unprofessional and actually scared me. Visited April 18.
Excellent service! Went to Pet Valu looking for a soft cone for my dog on Family Day when most businesses were closed after immediately needing one when the vet advised us that he shouldn't scratch his eyes due to a corneal ulcer in one. Realized that we already had one but the velcro needed a repair. The store manager Whitney was kind enough to suggest a dog collar which could be put through the preexisting cone by showing us as well as recommending diaper pins which we had to secure it in place. Her mannerism, attitude and customer interaction was stellar. More then this my dog had an accident in the store, a no problem response was given. It brings great satisfaction witnessing people that truly admire customer relations. Notwithstanding the distance between me and this Pet Valu location, the quality of service was fantastic and we would be more then happy to return for future purchases. My warm regards go out to Whitney and to this store.
The staff that works there is what sets the place apart. Not only do they love pets, they love pet owners too! And they know how to treat everyone nice. We came in to bathe our doodle and love the new soap mixing co traction that attaches to the shower! The fact that it’s new also helps. Thank you very much.
