I am so happy with the product, my dog has been battling chrones and I had to switch her to kangaroo protein. The quality of the meat and price cannot be beat!
Canada RAW has high quality human grade meat. My baby has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Prior to finding Canada Raw, I tried feeding my baby raw food from another business. His health issues continued on that food. As soon as I switched to feeding raw food from Canada Raw, I noticed an improvement in his digestion. For the past 4 years, I have continued feeding Chicken or Rabbit from Canada Raw. My baby is now in remission. I can see the beneficial effect of this food on his health. Additionally, I need to special order the meat for him. The owners of Canada Raw, Tom and Nicholas, have provided exceptional service by ensuring that the food is prepared perfectly, as requested. Their empathy for my baby and me, has touched my heart. I am forever grateful, for their kindness and caring.
Great quality food that I trust to feed my dog any day of the week. They are great to deal with on the phone answering any questions I may have. Prices are fantastic and can't be beat, especially for the quality. The only thing I wish was better was their website. I would love to see the break down for each protein/product and the ingredients (what type of organ meat and % or even if it includes bone or not, amount of fat etc). I do call and ask on the phone and they have all the answers, but it would be so much nicer to see it all in writing on the site.
If you're looking for raw food for your dog and animals LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I've tried a few other brands from pet stores and Heronview and the quality really does not compare, not to mention the bang for your buck. Make sure you order at least a day ahead before pick up, Abhi is always the most helpful and friendly! Also super cool treats and bully sticks available!
Not sure if owner changed or what happened my dog got sick twice from their meat if not more times, because I was giving them benefit of the doubt. it’s horrible, all fat, they are not good people and know that dogs can’t talk and tell you. Very bad product don’t trust what they put in it, I bought their product for a while for a while until my dog got really sick couple days ago and all she had is this meat. I buy lamb and it doesn’t even smell like lamb and it’s all fat. STAY AWAY if yoj want your pet healthy
Normally I haven’t had issues but I recently placed an order and when I went to pick it up I was given/charged for a more expensive version (30% more expensive in fact). I emailed the company to provide feedback on this experience and haven’t heard back. Disappointing. Edit: awful customer service. I received a call weeks later and instead of receiving a semblance of any apology, he explained how I should have handled the situation and I was spoken over repeatedly. When I pointed out that this wasn’t my mistake and that I didn’t like his tone, he laughed! I was going to continue being a customer but that’s no longer the case after this phone call.
I love the service, the product and the prices! We have been coming to Canada Raw for years for food for our Belgian Malinois. They are just unbeatable ?
