I feel like the staff weren’t trying to help customers solve problems, but just kept repeating their policies over and over. As a customer, I’m looking for actual solutions, and it was really hard to communicate—they interrupted me several times within just half a minute. It was very disappointing
Not very hospitable compared to other Ren's locations. My dog was begging for a treat and the staff ran out of treats and let my dog lick the floor of crumbs. That was just weird.
couldn’t be happier with the grooming my dog receives! She’s such a wonderful lady — kind, gentle, and truly loves what she does. My dog always looks amazing after every visit and comes home happy and calm, which says everything about how well she’s treated. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and clearly cares about each dog she works with. The space is always clean and welcoming, and you can really feel her warmth. I’m so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly loves and understands dogs.
Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with a variety of healthful snacks and foods; also wide range of toys of all sorts and durability. Stocks Canadian products.
Came here 1 hour before closing to pick up something last minute for my puppies. Me being a new owner, I had no idea what to look for so just sought after labels of what my dogs would eat. Almost immediately, an employee came over and helped me choose a product to purchase. As a first time customer, this employee made my experience great as not only did she helped me but provided me with samples and informed me about promotions in the store. I would definitely return in the future!
The inventory at the Markham location is well stocked. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly. When I visited, we were given complementary treats at checkout with purchases.
Please GO OTHER LOCATIONS!! This location is the WORST. The staff refused to help me redeem 1 free bag of dog food. She insisted saying that I only bought 11 bags and asked me to buy another bag in order to redeem 1 free bag. Even though my online account showed that I had purchased 12 bags of dog food and qualify to get 1 free bag. The whole process that staff did not show any attitude for helping me solve the problem, she just wanted me to leave the store as soon as possible. Even though the store wasn't very busy at the time. Then I went to another location and redeemed a free bag of dog food.
