The employee helping us was friendly and easy to talk to - we were looking for engraved tags and the display was full of different options and sizes including silent options. Got what we were looking for!
This new location opened this year, and I’ve been here a few times. The staff are as great and knowledgeable as always! We used to visit the Hwy 7 location, but now that this one is closer, we’ll definitely come more often!
I went to this shop in the early morning last week, couldn't find what I wanted, and luckily the guy there helped me with a huge patient and explained to me in detail. Excellent service and thanks alot.
Such a positive experience and a convenient location. Bright and clean, with lots of selection for food and treats. Chris was knowledgeable and helpful to find what I needed.
Lovely GPF location newly opened. Grand opening Oct 5, 2024. Last time I came I got a toy for my Bichon Donut and he had such a nice experience. Service here has always been great, all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.
(Update) I swear, what these guys are doing deserves more than a 5 star. Apart from my first review of the place, Anthony, Johnson and Erin, yall are beyond amazing fellas. You guys make our little one feel super spoiled with all the treats and mini sample bags you provide. Yall even take the time to educate your customers in a way that's not intrusive and demeaning. We learn something new everytime we come over. Fun fact, we live about 15mins away. We could have honestly gone to a closer global pet food location but we make the trip just to feel that kind of customer service these folks provide. If yall dont believe the 5 star you see? Go in and see for yourself. Thanks Johnson for looking out for our Lil sydney and ofc, Anthony, for always calling me out on a first name basis. Yah, these guys remember your name.. (First review) One of the newer global pet food branches around this neck of the woods. Amazing variety of delectable items for our little fur baby. Not to mention, the service is top notch. Brandon and Derek helped us with picking out treats and food and at the same time, offered a variety of treats for our little one to snack on. The sense of truly wanting to help a customer was there. And for that, we thank them. This will be our new go-to global pet food location. Very clean location, well lit and tons of sales during our visit. Can't wait for our next trip here.
