Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding the service I received 2 weeks ago. When I tried to see the lipstick color, the staff member from the cosmetics section (PM shift) spoke to me with an unfriendly attitude and told me not to open the product, without explaining that there was no tester available. Her tone was rude and made me feel uncomfortable, and I felt I was being treated differently from other customers, which is very concerning. I kindly request that this matter be looked into. Thank you for your attention.

I was picking up my ADHD medication here, the pharmacist at the counter was very kind and helpful. I don’t remember her name, but she was very patient and professional and smiled while helping me figure out my medication costs. The turnaround time was 15 minutes, and the person who helped me pick up my medication was kind as well. This was Sept. 27, 2025.

I went to the mall the other day, and a rude white employee bumped into me, causing me to drop a bottle of shampoo that spilled all over the floor. Instead of apologizing, he condescendingly made a rude remark about my clumsiness and then forced me to walk to the counter to pay for it.

Today is May 3rd, around 10:40am, I came to the shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy to buy nasal drops. A pharmacy lady told me that I needed to wait for 30 minutes because there was a customer in front of me. I said ok no problem, and then I waited in the waiting area. After a while, this pharmacist told me to go away and come back in half an hour. I said it was okay, I could wait for half an hour, and then I was in the waiting area looking at my phone to wait for my turn. Then this lady asked me to go away again and come back in half an hour. I felt disrespected. I said, “You have told me many times, and I have told you many times, it’s okay and I can wait, I am just standing in the waiting area, why do you keep asking me to go away?”Then the pharmacist said that I was yelling at her, I was really confused. She actually said that I was yelling at her. I said there were other customers nearby who could prove that I didn't. Then this pharmacist said that if I yelled at her again, she would ask someone to kick me out of the shoppers. Wow, great, she actually wanted to kick me out of the shoppers. I said, “Okay, just do what you want!” Then I waited in the waiting area, waiting to see how she would kick me out of Shoppers. At this time, another pharmacist said that she could start doing my business in about 5-10 minutes. Then I really got angrier and angrier, and felt that I was discriminated against, so I went to complain to the manager. The manager said that the pharmacy was not under his jurisdiction, and that this pharmacist was the Asian owner of the pharmacy. I could call 1800shoppers. Today is Saturday, and my good weekend mood was completely ruined. I feel really unhappy and frustrated. I have lived in Canada for nearly 20 years, and shopping in many Shoppers Drug Mart stores are very pleasant. Today, I was discriminated against by this pharmacist here (Markville Mall). This is the first time that someone told me to kick me out of the store. I was just standing in the red marked area, looking at my phone and waiting for the waiting time, and I was treated like this?!

The cosmetics department sale assistant who name Cherry is very unprofessional and treat customers differently. I arrived at the store around 2:30pm today, by that time Cherry was checking out with someone, so her colleague who works at different counter told her I need her help for fina a right shade of foundation because Cherry works for Guerlain & Lancôme. She took a very long time with her customer check out which is fine with me, but after that instead of come helping me, she helped another customer who just came in. Finally when she done with all her check outs, she just took her water bottle left for her break without any notice or any apologize. I been there waiting for her almost 30mins, if she can’t serve me she should let me know at the beginning so I won’t stand there waiting for her. She wasted my time!!! She left me with her colleague who works for different counter, don’t know anything about these 2 brands, even her colleague wants to help but can’t really do anything. It not just happened this time, I been there last November, she asked me to wait for a very long time because I was doing exchange. She kept helping her customers who was purchasing cut in my line. So she can get more commission.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yusra at the Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique, and I couldn't be more happier with the experience! She was incredibly helpful in providing personalized advice. Yusra took the time to recommend the best fragrances. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made me feel really welcomed. I highly recommend her if you're looking for expert advice!

Came in to buy my staff gift card to award them for their hard work which I’ve been doing for over a year now (no issues) but I was refused to pay using company card which is crazy because I’ve been doing this for awhile now with no problem.. Vevika was definitely giving a rude presence and wasn’t understanding where the customer stand points was, she also didn’t have her name tag on which seems not proper to company standards.
