Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all cost!
I was on hold for over 1 hour this morning to get support they did not pick up. Hang up called the ordering desk they pickup on first ring. they just want to sell and they do not care about follow up support. If I could I would give them zero star.
Ordered a libre a month ago. Still don't have it. Called today to sort it out. 15 minutes on hold so far. I don't think this is going to end well.Well, I left the review above just a few minutes ago (while I was on hold) and, surprise, someone answered and was able to tell me where the holdup was. So I am changing my rating and hope that this gets resolved.
STOP SHIPPING UPS. I hate the fact that this company has the monopoly of freestyle libre. The costumer service sucks, they won't ship Canada post so that I can actually pick my DIABETES MANAGEMENT DEVICES up outside of work hours. UPS sends it back and they pocket the money, send it to the next person. It is absolutely disgusting. It takes hours to get shipment resent and they always double charge shipping costs. Avoid at all costs if you can!!!
I love the meter, customer service sux :(Been on hold so far for 37 minutes. I have not experienced the other problem lost payments and such. I wish i could just fill this at my regular pharmacy.
Ordered my starter pack and was told it was shipped. Called a week later to find out its sitting at the facility in Markham. Now I have to go pick it up because I'm not waiting another week for somthing that should be here already
