I come here on saturdays and never once are they open on time. If you can’t be here for 9 o’clock wouldn’t it make more sense to adjust your hours so not to waste peoples time?
This has been my pharmacy for years. Pharmacists actually remember your name and go above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate requests. Willy (owner) is the nicest guy on the earth. It’s 100 M from a Shoppers Drug mart but a million miles away in terms of personal care and service. Can’t recommend highly enough!
I sent my husband in to get medication as Im very sick. They judged him based on his apperance and turned him away. Extream disrespect and we feel like they were discriminatory towards him. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy.
I went to the pharmacy for cough medication for my fiancée that is suffering. The doctor looked at me and my tattoos treated me like i was a criminal and started asking what medication i was on when i clearly stated that the medication was not for me but for my wife. Then i was told i smelled like marijuana because of my sweat and was told they will not give me any of the doctors information to leave the store. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. My family physician prescribed a compounded medication that needed to be specially prepared. After just a few days, the cream they made became unusable and very liquid. I returned it, and they made some adjustments, but the issue persisted. When I asked for a refund, as my doctor advised me to go to another pharmacy, they refused to return my money. Unfortunately, this pharmacy has shown poor service and lacks the skill to properly compound medications. I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of compounded medications.
On May 3, 2023 I had a prescription for GABAPENTIN 6% filled. After the 1st application, there was NO reaction. When another application was due, there was still NO difference so I applied 2X the amount. Still NO change. At my follow up appointment at Sunnybrook Hospital, I told the specialist that the prescribed cream did NOT HELP at ALL! Fortunately, I had the cream with me. After the lab tested it, I was told that it was NOT mixed correctly. When I went back to the pharmacy & to tell them, the pharmacist grabbed it & said that that is impossible! He refused to return it. So, I went back when that pharmacist who I had dealt with wasn’t there & got back my cream even though it is of NO USE! So JUST be aware & CAREFUL when you go there! ***
I get all my prescription from here. The attending pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable. Feel free to consult them on any concerns regarding a prescription, they are eager to help out. They also offer free delivery within the neighborhood.

Never have I had a pharmacist take such care and interest in my overall well being. The staff there all have big hearts. The pharmacist on staff during the daytime on Thursdays especially has helped me out in different situations like finding a government funded mental health specialist that most people don't even know exist!!! The owner is very knowledgeable and is one of the hundreds of pillars in the community often serving the elderly and those with special needs in a small town kind of way. The entire staff works this way in fact. And everyone knows the sweet little daytime cashier will always have a smile and a hello for you either on the way in or the way out. If she sees you she smiles. Good old fashioned service. This is the way a pharmacy should be run.
This place is litty, its da plug. Has all the best drugs, very blessed staff. Would highly recommend this place to all my boys. Keep it a hunnid!
