Pig rind is one of the most popular dish for this noodle, however 3/5 times I’ve ordered they are hard and no taste. I usually ordered in evening time, so I’m not sure if they ran out and just put in new ones or what. Just super disappointing that this keeps happening.
My friend recommended this joint during our recent ‘food trip’ to Toronto. And it didn’t disappoint. Place is small and it gets busy, you order through bar code and food is good. I got the Fish Mash Soup w/ Lettuce which brings back my childhood HK street food memories. I also enjoyed the create your own combo(fish skin, pig feet & intestine). Hubby got the House special Lo Mein which was flavorful. Definitely would love to come back again on our next visit in Toronto!
This place was good at the beginning but turned bad now. All toppings are bad. I can only finish the noodle. Can't even make the good radish (the basic topping in cart noodle) and the pork intestine are super chewy. No Air condition also when I was there. Disappointed
The noodle soup tasted like dishwater, completely unappetizing. The lemon tea was bland and flavorless, barely resembling tea. Staff were rude and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. Avoid this place.
This is the 3rd time visit. The food is way worse than the 1st and 2nd time. The texture of squid ball and 貢丸 was not tender but very stiff. The fish skin is thick and chewy, not crunchy at all. Hope the food quality can be improved.
I have to say this place is probably the best noodle bar in Toronto. Even I live in Scarborough but I preferred to drive 31mins to eat at this place in Markham weekly! Despite they have LC Noodle Bar in Scarborough…but it is different…kinda of missing something when compared with Markham LC Noodle Bar. I highly recommend the tasty 4-choice noodles (四餸撈麵) + extra noodles (加底) + with Shacha sauce (橋底汁) and beef brisket sauce (腩汁) and other Hong Kong street style snacks ( 咖哩魚蛋) + friendly staffs = can't find anywhere else in Canada! Most importantly, thank you for the chef who is working hard daily and crafted these amazing noodle dishes to his customers, Sam哥! 多蔥x3, 多汁x3, 多謝!
The one who work in cashier just like a robot, won't tell u how much and just show u the receipt. No thank you at all. Won't come for this kind of service.
