My friend and I did this as a little activity! We are both from nz and this was our first experience of something like this and it was sooooo much fun! The staff were so friendly and the best part… no dishes to wash :)))
I have a wonderful baking time with my 8 year old daughter this morning , the staffs are so friendly and supportive. My daughter is so happy to bring her Oreo cupcakes to her friend birthday party today. We already book another Christmas cake section for next week, she is so eager to come again
My kids love it here ! The staff were always very patient and helpful. We came a few times already and I love that they can bake and I don’t have to clean up the mess Also, they have really good specialty coffee here, I just come to get coffee instead of Starbucks.
The BEST PA Day activity! Brought my three kids and the staff were SO friendly, patient, kind and accommodative, we had a blast. The instructions are so easy to follow, everything is laid out and it was just the best experience for my kids to experience baking cakes and cupcakes without me stressing out. Hahaha And the best thing is, while you are waiting for the goodies to bake, you can get a coffee or snack Everything is thought out so well, I’m truly impressed!! Highly recommend to how with girlfriends/partners/parents/kids for the experience!
I visited their store on Nov. 20, 2025 and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Especially, the customer service truly stood out. The employee who helped me, Danica, was incredibly patient and helpful. I was struggling with making my cake; Danica was helping me so much to finish my cake and coaching me. Her patience and dedication to making sure my cake was perfect made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. This level of service is truly appreciated. Highly recommend for both their exceptional cake-making and their phenomenal staff!
A fun baking activity to do for all ages! It’s super simple to create a really beautiful cake or cupcake just by following the instructions and recipe on the iPad! Loved the convenience of having all the tools and ingredients right there! Kalina, Fiona and Flora were very helpful and kind to assist us! Would definitely recommend!
It’s my first time making a cake, and it was a wonderful experience! Everything is set up for you - All tools & equipment; ready to use ingredients; step-by-step baking instructions on an iPad. And you don’t have to clean up! It’s literally baking made easy… and so much fun! Scraping the sides smooth is the hardest part. Thank God for the amazing staff who helped rescue our cake! If you want a hands-on, aesthetic, super fun baking experience, this is it!
