ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND ABUSIVE ATMOSPHERE. I visited on December 12, 2025, around 1:00ish. The environment was instantly toxic. I witnessed a middle-aged Asian man (who appeared to be a manager or owner) launch into an extremely aggressive, loud tirade. He was relentlessly yelling and swearing at an employee in a foreign language. This was not a disagreement; it was public, verbal abuse. The employee was visibly shaken and appeared to be on the verge of tears. The level of aggression was genuinely shocking and made the store feel incredibly hostile. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially in a professional setting. This type of abusive management should not be tolerated, and I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider supporting a business where staff are treated so disgracefully. Unacceptable in every sense.
Good service? The people were friendly and helped me with whatever I need. They are extremely polite and their cake is brilliant. It wasn’t too sweet yet it brought out that scrumptious flavour.
A family member gave these baked goods as a gift. I really enjoyed the Swiss Roll Cake and the Eggs tart. If I’m in the area, I would swing by the bakery.
If you’re not a baker and want holiday cookies that taste better than any shortbread ever. This is the place to go. They also have delicious cakes and sweet buns and a variety of other delicious desserts I had several cookies that the taste just got better with every bite The sweet bun that I had with barbecued pork, the size of my hand was incredibly delicious and lots of barbecued pork inside I can’t keep this place as a secret. It’s just too good. The staff know their product inside out, and want to make sure you are a satisfied customer. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
The staff in this location are just amazing. Not only that they are friendly and patient, they always give good recommendations. In addition, the quality of their baked goods is always extraordinary, in particular the mochis and 皮疍酥. Our fav buns include 雪山叉燒包、炸咖哩牛肉包and 椰絲奶油包..which bring back good memories of our childhood in Hong Kong. Our visitors from Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver always buy a lot of goodies here before they return to their hometown. Kudos!!!
Been coming to Panash for a while now and service here is second to none! Their staff are SUPER friendly and always ready to help! Their buns are consistently good and the atmosphere very relaxed! Special shout out to Ceci and Cherry for their amazing hospitality!
Best HK bakery in town. I personally love their egg tart, it’s better than the “queen” one. Pineapple bun, sausage bun, bbq pork bun are nice and delicious! They also have good strawberry short cake. If they have better handwriting on the cake message, that will be perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Love to be here every time.
