We ordered party favours for our daughter's wedding, and Gynewth walked us through the options based on our budget. The whole experience; from enquiry to order pick-up was excellent. We received so many compliments on the cookies we chose! Another thing that impressed us was the payment process. There were some changes to the order and a small error with the accounting system, but the owner fully trusted our calculations and still allowed us to pick up the cookies without hesitation. Ordered 7 dozen alfajores for a school event and they were amazing. Was easy to order, they were made with short notice & the owner even added extra cookies free of charge and printed out a beautiful sign for me! Great experience and definitely recommend.
Needed 5 dozen woodland creatures for my grandson’s birthday. They were amazing! Colours were exactly as we asked! Kids were thrilled and even parents thought they were fantastic! Will be using Passions again!!
Amazing experience with this bakery. I ordered a cookie decorating kit for Christmas last year. Unfortunately I couldn’t pick up as the family was not well. Angela and owners ensured that the cookies were dropped off to my house on the day of the storm. Really appreciate the customer service and amazing cookie kit! The whole family had a great time! I ordered custom made cookies with my store logo on them as well as the Alfajores. They were a hit at the grand opening. Customers loved them, my kids loved them and are asking for me to get more for one of their upcoming birthdays! Angela was amazing and even dropped them off the afternoon before my opening which was so helpful so I could focus on getting the store ready!
