Custom cupcakes were perfect, professional and exactly what I had asked for :-) consistently provide great service and very happy with my experience so far. Will definitely order again.
We ordered a birthday cake from BB Cafe for our daughter’s 5th birthday, and the whole experience was amazing. We were running late on the day of the party and couldn’t make it to the Thornhill location to pick up the cake. Parisa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to save the day. She arranged a courier on very short notice and had the cake delivered right to our party room at Reptilia in a refrigerated car. The cake itself was stunning and absolutely delicious. All our guests loved it and kept asking where it was from. Thank you, BB Cafe, for the great service and the fantastic cake. Highly recommended.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, the customer service was excellent and made my visit very enjoyable. I’d definitely come back!
I love this place. I always go to the Richmond Hill store forever dining and the staff are incredibly respectful. There is a very sweet couple working there and they have amazing pastries.
Absolutely incredible service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and there cakes are delicious. I have been to 5 of their locations and they are all nice but it is very nice to pick up at the Thornhill location because the bakers are all so kind and its fun to see the production. I can't say enough good things. Try their pistachio or pomegranate cake and thank me later!
