I was there on a Saturday afternoon. There was a short queue at the cashier but the line moved very quickly. The bun was oven-fresh, flavourful and paired perfectly with the coffee. Just the place was not large enough for all customers to sit and dine comfortably. Cinnamon buns are best to serve when they are oven-fresh. It's a different experience to take out and consume later.
WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Cinnabon needs to reassess their employment decisions. I went to the cashier and told him that it’s my birthday and asked if they offer any freebies, then he immediately yelled at me saying “ we don’t have this here, it’s only in the US” and I was trying to calmly tell him that the Cinnabon in Oshawa centre offers freebies and my friend got it, he again was yelling and saying that they don’t have that and then I told him why are you speaking to me in that tone I’m just asking a simple question, he then just looked at me without even apologizing and I just left.
I just walked into this store to buy a few rolls and politely asked for the smallest box of minis or classics. The two store associates were so unnecessarily rude and blunt with me when I inquired into what boxes were offered. I don’t understand why I was treated that way and why I felt talked down to. I hope management sees this and retrains their associates on basic customer service.
If I could eat this every day I would. I suggest trying the Inside of the roll if you haven't already. In my opinion its the best bit of the Cinnabon in a cup glazed with icing. Yummy to the Max.
Once on the lips forever on the hips. This place makes the best pastry roll I think I’ve ever eaten on God’s green earth. Don’t think you can eat this and keep a slender figure though. One look at the calorie count on one of the large buns is sobering. I recommend trying this place at the end of the day even though it’s rich enough to put a large bear in a deep hibernation for months. Enjoy responsibly. P. S. The seating wasn’t great, but it is the mall so I’ll give them the 4 stars.
Super nice staff, always attentive and will come right to the cashier to take your order. I always get the large box of the mini cinnabons but I always share some with my family and my friends so I ask for 1-2 extra boxes and they are always happy to do so. Not cheapskates that would charge you for it.
This location is great. The service is quick and very friendly. The coffee is the best in the mall in my opinion and priced very well. The food, well it’s all just so delicious. The blending of a fresh hot coffee and a cinnabon bun is simply out of this world. The seating area is nice to have but I can’t believe how dirty people leave it. Why can’t you put your own garbage away We must hit this place a number of times a week and have never been disappointed. Give it a try. It’s located by the Wal Mart entrance to the mall.
