The avocado yogurt slush was one of my favourites and I used to order it all the time but this time there was little to no avocado and a lot of it was ice, was disappointed this time.
Lychee Perfume Lemon Tea was good. The lychee with lemon tea worked surprisingly well together to give a refreshing iced lemon tea with a nice hint of lychee sweetness.
Got the Signature Fruit tea and was delighted by how good it was. The drink comes with a bunch of fruits so there’s more to it after you’re done. Staff were friendly and I was overall happy with my experience here.
Their flavors are rich and refreshing, this is my new go-to spot for cold drinks. Also the staffs are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend trying their signature drinks – you won't be disappointed!
I’m not new to Cha Miao but have been checking out their daily deals for $4.99 Dragonfruit slushy I’ve ordered 3 times now. I think it’s inconsistent with yesterday being the worst (not enough dragonfruit) and slushy wasn’t slushy enough. It was too watery. Otherwise a decent place but definitely not a premium bubble tea place.
I think it was ok. Upon entering there is a bit of a weird smell, like chlorinated sewage. The drink itself though was good, very creative. It came with oats which I liked. A bit too much topping though for my taste
The 2 stars is for the quality of the drinks, good drink but the experience is a little mind boggling. This is our first time trying this place out, it is in Unionville, and we try all different drinks places. The choices were interesting, but the experience is even more interesting. We placed our order, 1 Grape Yogurt with Jelly and 1 Mango Yogurt with Jelly. The girl rang us in and we paid by credit. While we were waiting for the drink, we saw the girl looking in the garbage for the receipt we didn't want, and gave it to a gentleman inside. The guy then came to us and say his staff made an error in the base price and if we could give him $1.60. This is where he either lose the marketing opportunity and end up getting a bad review like now, or get a good review by jumping on the opportunity. I cannot believe he asked us back for $1.60 for something his staff made an error on. In one way, I thought the staff was so embarrased, 2nd was if he was a boss, it looks so stingy. We did pay it ofcourse, but as a first try to see if we will return, I doubt I will return. What they could have done was explained that it was a mistake and will let it go this time, or they could offer something else and make more sale and ask us to add the $1.60. Foolish business, their method definitely degraded their drinks.
