Ordered a LARGE buy one get one free drink with the colouring. Both drinks weren’t sealed properly and spilled in the bag they gave us and the car. Called and asked for a remake of the drink, they told us we could come in and get one. So we did, when we got there we asked if we would get two drinks or one, they said one. Okay, we asked for a pearl milk tea but later switched to a brown sugar pearl milk tea. They said they already made the pearl milk tea, and we said it’s fine we’ll take it but they still decided to make the brown sugar milk tea and threw away the already made pearl milk tea in our face and handed us a regular size brown sugar milk tea. If you said no to the compensation of two drinks why throw away the other drink when we were willing to take it instead ? let’s not forget the eye rolling and talking in Chinese about us Just petty Wish I could give 0 stars. Do better.
Literally the worst Coco in the whole entire Markham. The customer service at this location is absolutely garbage. I have my own Coco cup. When I went to order my two drinks, first being a 3 guys, other being a Mango Green Tea which I would like in the cup, the cashier told me that "I can't do that" after I ordered the 3 guys, which I simply did not understand at the time. She was also very urgent, kept asking me to give her my cup before I was even done ordering. When I told her I have a second drink, she said to me, "Well, usually the first drink you order is the one we put in the cup, remember that for next time." ??????? What kind up of brainless customer service is that????? I've been to other Coco locations that waits for me to complete my entire order before asking me which drink I would like in the cup. I've also been there another time and ordered a Jasmine Green Tea with Brown Sugar Pearls, and there are just chucks of brown sugar in my drink. I doubt the owner or management will do anything with the automated response on the negative reviews. Just don't come here, there are better Cocos in Markham that will treat you like an actual person.
I recently purchased two Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothies from store, but I was very disappointed with what I received. The drinks were filled with large chunks of ice, making them extremely difficult to drink and enjoy. I expected a smooth as the word “smoothie” suggests, but this was far from the case.
I wish I can give 0 stars! I went to the Coco Fresh Tea and Juice and placed an order a bit before noon today on January 29, 2025. The customer service (a lady - about 5'4 and in her middle age, body build above average weight, Mandarin speaking) was very rude and I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me to speak with another lady at the store. Indeed, she, herself, who served me was the supervisor. As she refused to give me her name, I took a picture as I planned to email to the head office to file my complaint. She demanded that I delete the picture and she said it is her privacy to take a picture inside the store (which is opened to public and there are surveillance cameras in the store and we the customers are also being recorded?). I suggested she call the police. She did not call the police but she instructed the other worker not to give out my drinks until I deleted the picture (in her Mandarin and her behavior is very low). I don't speak Mandarin but I can understand a bit. I spoke to her in English and she responded to me in English all the time. She spoke in other languages when the customer does not speak that language (and it just so happens I can understand a little bit). I told her to refund me and she refused. She again advised the male worker not to give me the drinks until I deleted the picture. The other lady also told me to delete the picture and they both assured me to delete the picture permanently. They demanded to look into my phone. I felt that these two ladies tried to retain me in the store and my child is under 18 of age. I went to the York Region Police Station after that. The Police Officer confirmed that I can take the picture and they have no rights to demand that I delete the picture on my phone. The picture I took has been shared with Coco Fresh Tea and Juice head office. I also just tried to call the store to inquire when the owner or manager will be back. They hung up on me twice. ** In other Google review posts, there are pictures that were taken inside the store (and some other workers)! ** Lastly, I decided to dispose all the 4 drinks I got from this place. As of February 2, 2025, the owner or the a manager of this franchise store still has not reached out to me via email. As a customer, I guess that the owner/manager accepts and allows these two female workers’ low and disciple behaviors (towards the customers). Of course, I will never make any purchases from this location.

I purchase coco at all locations across the Markham area and This is the worst! I always order brown sugar pearl latte with less ice when I place the order on Coco mobile app! Always has no any issue with other store! Tonight when I ordered 5 brown sugar latte, show the ‘ less ice sold out’ , I was like’ what the hell? Less ice can be sold out’ I still leave my request : less ice please. Unfortunately, when I picked up, full cup of ice! I don’t wanna argue with the staffs because I know how rude they are! I don’t understand why other franchises can adjust the ice level but only this store CANT! Strongly do not recommend this location. Terrible! ??
What is the point of Coco selling gift cards and this store will not even accept them? Totally ridiculous and unacceptable! Will never spend money on Coco drinks anymore.
