One of the female shop assistants, who can speak mandarin, became extremely rude and sarcastic because we misread the terms and it wasn't "buy 1 get 1 free." While we were waiting, she and the next customer (who seemed to be her friend) laughed at us right in front of us. In a Chinese supermarket, this is probably considered exceptionally good service!
The tea is fresh, not overly sweet, and they have a nice variety of flavors and toppings. The place is clean , Took off one star only because of waiting
We came here to get some bbt today and the worker, Judy was really rude and seemed like she hated her job. We had questions that were answered with 1 word responses and she gave us the feeling that she didnt want to speak to us and got annoyed when we asked her somthing. All in all we wont be coming back here anymore. Thanks for nothing.
Amazing service! The workers were nice a while taking my order. My 2 bubble Gaga was done in like 5 minutes! 10/10 recommend if you’re in the supermarket
Came in to pick up a simple bubble gaga, i asked to add crystal pearls. When I went to drink it, they not only got the topping wrong but added some kind of jelly that isn’t even supposed to be in the Bubble Gaga. For being one of the most popular drinks you’d think they would know what to put in it. Will not be coming back, very disappointed.
Went here on Oct 19 around 8:20PM. The 2 teenage girls who were serving us were the most unprofessional workers I have ever come across. They were too busy talking to each other and laughing to realize that we were waiting to order as well as another family. The mother of the young kids had asked them if they could take her order or if she should order on the app since they weren’t acknowledging her. The workers told her “order on the app if you want” and then when the mother asked for help a second time the girl said “can you like wait?” . wait for what? You were talking to your friend. This interaction was very unprofessional and made guests uncomfortable to even want to order. Hope the manager doesn’t schedule them together again and teach them professionalism. It’s pretty embarrassing for the company.
This place has horrible customer service - Was my first time coming to this location and will definitely be my last, as we got our order I realized their was hair in my bubble tea, so doing what any normal person would, I turned back and informed the workers, received 0 apologies from them, all they did was just stare and act confused, so rude and unprofessional.
