I used to buy brown sugar milk tea from this place, that was good.... but now the quality is really low and the lady working there doesn't make it properly, and she doesn't understand English properly, i complained to her about the last one that it was not good, she got upset about it. and i ordered another one, before sealing the drink she came to me and asked me to taste it twice rudely. (Doesn't know customer service). The guy working there use to make it perfectly... anyway not going back
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this location today…I go here often. We told the employee that we need a minute to choose our drinks and after that she ignored us for 10 minutes eventhough we had made it evident that we were ready. She helped other delivery orders eventhough we were there earlier and standing there waiting to order. We ended up leaving and going to another location…
I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good bubble tea spot when I came across Kung Fu Tea. I decided to try their mango slush bubble tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was perfectly smooth, and the flavor was rich and refreshing. The tapioca pearls were fresh and had just the right chewiness. You can never go wrong with a mango boba! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, making the experience even better. I’m so glad I found this place, and I know I’ll be coming back regularly. Definitely my new go-to spot for bubble tea!
It was my first time trying a drink from Kung Fu Tea and I did not have a pleasant experience. The grass jelly green milk tea tasted delicious, but I am not happy that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The employee didn't even apologize for making me wait so long.
Have always bought @ kung fu tea @ Markham rd. 1st time to be disappointed. Ordered from the girl 2 SLUSH matcha milk tea w/red bean. Being confident of good service there, I did not bother to check if we got the right order w/c is slush matcha w/red bean. Then @ home already when I realized they were not slush @ all. Can’t fathom why you guys hire some1 who can’t understand and speak basic English. Ohhh! And this time the red beans were so little.
Kung Fu tea is now my go to bubble tea spot. No matter what location I go to it's consistent. I love their agar bubble as sometimes I'm not in the mood for tapioca. At this location you're able to get 10% of you bring your student id or pay in cash which is an extra bonus! One thing to note, the store is pretty small so when it gets busy it can get very cramped. There's no seating (with tables) and the seating they do have is a small bench to the side.
The egg waffle is Milk tea with pearl and grass jelly is my favorite. One of the best in town. Price is reasonable. . Only the cup not a harder one so be careful when poking your drink with straw. Location is good. Lots of parking. Lots of shops in the area. And various of restaurants also.
