Tried M Cha Bar new series today — the Purple Yam Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Tiramisu Latte. All three were delicious! The purple yam latte was smooth and creamy, the strawberry matcha was refreshing, and the tiramisu latte had a nice dessert-like flavour. Great drinks and friendly service. Will definitely come back!

Google says it closes at 9 p.m., and doesn't open when it arrives at 08:20pm. A wasted trip is a waste of time. Please change the time if you don't open the door.

I got stomach issues after drinking a bubble tea from this shop. The first time, I thought it was just a coincidence, but the second time it happened again. Clearly, their milk tea is not clean or properly handled. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

The new matcha series is absolutely delightful. The matcha flavor is so rich—I absolutely love it! The tiramisu latte is also delicious. It's a fantastic choice for afternoon tea. It can be a substitute for coffee. Love it!

Delicious fruity drinks. I had the mango strawberry slush. I'll need to try more flavours in the future. There's lots of little cafes and restaurants in this same plaza. There is also underground parking here. They provide waterproof bags for the drinks.

I want to share a ridiculous experience. Today I went to M Cha Bar on Hwy 7 and bought a cup of today's special. The price was $5.99 plus tax, which came to $6.76. I gave the cashier $20. $20 - $6.76= $13.24. However, he gave me $11 in change. I thought, "How did the daily special become $9?" When he came back, I asked him why he only gave me $11. The young cashier, who I suspect might be the owner's son, had a really bad attitude and said, "There was also a $2 coin I gave you. Did it fall on the floor?" I looked and said no. Later, I discovered that the $2 coin was stuck under the card machine. Then he just walked away. I called after him and said, "What about the 25 cents?" He was extremely impatient, opened the cash register, shrugged, and said, "We don't have 25 cents." So what now? Why didn’t he inform me that he didn’t have a quarter or suggest adding a topping instead? And there was no apology, as if I was in the wrong for asking about that 25 cents. Bad attitude and ridiculous service. * To the owner, Yes, I agree that your employee definitely needs good training. Also, tell him to stop lying; he didn’t offer free tapioca because he was short of change. He made three daily special drinks for my friend before my order, and all those drinks included tapioca. Clearly, he forgot that there’s no tapioca in the Monday's special.

Pay your workers! Absolutely outraged when I heard that the owner continuously fails to pay their own staff. Someone wrote a review about a worker not showing up to morning shift but if I wasn't getting paid I wouldn't show up either! Frankly management needs to get it together. There are so many other bubble tea shops, please choose one that pays their workers and provides fair working conditions. Edit: They have started to block people who are bringing light to this issue by saying these are "fake accounts". Just goes to show how many people management has wronged. Reporting to labour takes months and I believe people who are thinking of doing business with this chain should know what it going on!

Hi Kimberly, first of all I apologize for the unpleasant customer service to you and we will definitely train more for our employee. We have asked our barista that he offered the tapioca for free since Monday special doesn’t include any tapioca and the monthly special poster picture shows the drink as well.

If that’s the truth please report to administrative labour. If not please stop comment using fake account. Thank you!
