Had an opportunity to shop here for a birthday gift during the holiday season and I gotta say the customer service at the Markville Mall location was top-tier. They got the product that I needed fast. They told me the policies regarding return during the holiday season and even asked if I needed to get anything else that they didn’t have they would happily look it up at a different store. To meet those little things make a big difference when a customer is shopping. Shout out to. Kirthik, Brook and Nicole from the Markville location.
I went all the way today to return my shoes on family day, which I have off and it’s one of the few days I can go in store to make a return because the store is far for me. They told me they don’t take returns on family day which I wouldn’t know because I don’t visit their store often. Which is also crazy because it’s the only day people have off and can run errands. Even though I was already there, and there was no line behind me, they still refused to do my return. I’ve worked in retail before and on busy days, we also mandated no returns but if someone is in store and came all the way to make a return, we would accept it because it’s good customer service. It was also my last day to return this item. Not ordering online again because of this terrible return process and wouldn’t want to go back in store.
Tyrese is fantastic. Happy, charismatic and very friendly. He was so helpful and gave me so many suggestions for Christmas gifts. You are so lucky to have someone like him working for your establishment.

David was an excellent, polite, knowledgeable and even funny worker, he was able to help me with my shoe of choice by telling me how they felt on foot and if they were snug or not. David is a all around helpful person, Thank you for your help David.
