Worst experience ever, staffs are rude and not helpful when you ask them questions. Went to Fairview mall location same day and got 30% off with same products. Never visit this store again, staff need to be trained.
A pretty bad customer experience, they tried to get you to pay and go. I was trying to confirm the email address that she got, but you can tell she basically just wants you to pay and leave asap.
The two ladies helping my son with his first suit were phenomenal in their customer service, attention to detail, and overall product and fashion knowledge. Even though their shift was ending (5:30/6pmish?), they took time to communicate to the staff where we were in our journey. Second shift staff made some additional suggests that hit the mark. So many great style suggestions and practical knowledge - made the shopping experience the main reason we purchased at H&M. FYI, we did go to Starz upstairs to take a quick look after - just to do our due diligence as H&M was the first store we went to, and felt like used car salesman were hard selling/forcing us - the total opposite of our experience at H&M. H&M were fantastic. Thank you!!
Had the best shopping experience with Joe. I was with my boyfriend to shop for a suit for his new job. Joe was very knowledgable with his suiting. He not only recommended the right size, but also the right fit and color as well. We end up buying the full suit and 2 business shirts and a tie. Thank you for the great experience ?
Great customer service, walked in today to exchange a shirt that I had purchased last week along with a few other items. The cashier made a price adjustment for all the products in the order not just the exchanged item, as they were at a discount today and I wasn’t aware of it beforehand. The quality of clothing at RW&Co is always excellent, but people at this store make it even better!
I had to buy suits for my 2 sons, and Jay at the Markville location was amazing.. he went above and beyond to help us with sizes and sales and also after a week I went back with the receipts for price adjustments and coupon code that I had received on my email.. he helped me with all that. Great customer service. :-)
The selection is limited but the the guys who work here are amazing. They go out of their way to help you find clothes. No high pressure sales tactics.
