If you want to choose the solid hardwood floor,choose Amazon is a good choice, I've compared several solid hardwood flooring companies,finally I choose Amazon,because both the price and quality are all the best,I don’t know why the google rate is low,I don’t know what happened,but for me,we are satisfied with Amazon,due to the quality and price is very good,so the delivery need pay by yourself,but the price is reasonable,not high,the other company delivery included,maybe the floor’s price already covered the delivery fee, the boss is always smarter than the consumers. And sales Grace,she is very nice and patient,we like her so much,and deliver driver Mr Chen,who is worked here more than 10 years,he is very nice also,and for the boss Joe,he is very kind also, he will do his best to meet customers’ demands and will personally call to reassure us. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I strongly recommend this company！There is still one room that hasn't been fitted out yet. We purchased 2360 square feet of flooring. I will send pictures of the completed installation when it's done. The color is the same as the one we chose. However, the installation I choose another company,because I still need to install the stairs. The technician told me that the red oak floor which I bought is of very good quality.
Dishonest, Rude, and Incompetent — Stay Away! The Markham store manager/owner is extremely rude and full of lies. They tried to sell me 24 boxes of flooring when they didn’t even have that many in stock. When I confronted them, they argued endlessly instead of taking responsibility. They made the same mistake three times — ordering the wrong color, the wrong size, and the wrong groove width. The flooring is now squeaky and of terrible quality. The project was delayed for several months, causing nothing but frustration. Absolutely unacceptable. This place deserves the lowest possible rating.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. They blatantly lied — sold me 24 boxes of flooring when they only had 22, then tried to bully me into taking mismatched colors and sizes to “finish” the room. The entire installation dragged on for months, turning what should have been a simple project into a nightmare. Dishonest, unprofessional, and zero respect for customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid them like the plague. If I could give negative stars, I would.
For our renovation we were shopping around for a specific model of vinyl to match our existing floor. Amazon Hardwood had the most competitive pricing so we went with them. No complaints.
Terrible service anf wood. We had bought hardwood for our home- the wood is so bad we have gaps everywhere in our house. The store said they would come and take a look at it and they never came around to doing it. Now it's been over an year and the gaps are getting worse. The contractor says it's not the labour but rather the wood.
We went there for the first time, browsed for engineered hardwood flooring. A nice guy Bill explained to us in details about materials, structures, colors etc. We highly recommend this place.
Very poor customer service, and their prices aren't better than the other flooring stores in that area. The worst was the salesperson who wouldn't even be bothered to help us pick out the selection for our flooring or even answer basic questions. Felt like we were trying to earn his commission for him.
