Ryan at the Markham store was very helpful in terms of selecting carpet style/fabric, and cost quotation. (Marville Carpet's price for our project turned out to be the most competitive). He came to our home with a colleague, spent well over an hour taking measurements, and discussing with us in detail where it was appropriate to plan for any seams. Alex with over 30 year's experience and his assistant showed up right on schedule, and installed the carpet very professionally, and in fact the seams are almost invisible. I recommend Markville Carpet unconditionally for the above reasons.
Thanks to AWL Construction for referring me to Markville Carpet & Flooring. They are open on Saturdays which helps a lot for a person who works during the week. Ryan made my experience a good and memorable one. When my friend and me came in to look at some carpets, I was looking for a specific type and was able to bring home samples to see if it would go with the room and the other flooring. I felt supported and not pressured. With Ryan's help, understanding and expertise, I went with a different one that was recommended. I am extremely happy with it. When I was ready to schedule the installation, Perry greeted and helped go through the process again. No pressure and very accommodating. I had the installation done by their team. I got a reminder call about when the workers would arrive. The carpet installers were professional and worked diligently in completing the work. I will definitely go back when I need flooring done. They are accommodating and patient. Great services and offers a wide variety of flooring. Please consider using this company. More for their honesty and genuine services.
Excellent staff right from the beginning to the final job. The work was done very professionally, the furniture was moved and returned to its original location and always asking if there's anything else to do. I would easily recommend them to others.
I visited their Showroom on Scarsdale Rd. Such a fantastic selection of quality carpets. And incredible, friendly service. I decided on a carpet to have a runner installed on 4 flights of stairs. They ordered the carpet and said they would let me know when it came in. I received a call quicker than estimated and they were able to come install within a week. The installers were professional, friendly, quick and did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would and were done an hour quicker than they thought. I was given tips on how to clean and maintain my runner. My overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Markville Carpet and Flooring based on their high level of service, competitive pricing and quality carpets/flooring.
I received the quote two days later of what we agreed on. My concern was that I didn't want to pay 50% upfront and wait for them to come for the installation whenever they want. But the guy in the reception was very rude in addressing my concern so I gave it up. Though, Ryan is a nice guy.

We comparison shopped and found Markville Carpet & Flooring to be the perfect one-stop-shop for all the flooring we needed. Reasonable estimates, easy to work with, plus they had the best selection for our budget. They installed carpet, vinyl tile and engineered hardwood on 4 floors.
