  Terrible customer service!! I have never been treated so poorly as I have today. I called the phone number appeared on my credit card statement because I was double charged and I wanted to get this matter resolved. The girl that answered the phone was very condescending. She told me to contact Canada Chemist. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t understand her, so I asked her to spell it. Her attitude and insulting behavior was unacceptable. I just hope she doesn’t treat other customers the way I was treated. I own a business, and we strive for customer service. If I saw this happening to one of my customers, I definitely would have fired her!

  Professional service, clear explanation. I have a list of medicines needed after thyroid surgery and this pharmacy is right next to my specialist clinic, so I decided to get my medicines here instead of going back to my regular pharmacy. Here they printed me a clear time table of when to take which meds after surgery, clear explanation on all meds. Friendly and fast service, phone calls were answered quickly when I call them back for refill. Wilson at the pharmacy who also speaks Cantonese helped me a lot.
