I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy The staff were unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in they acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience and their attitude was completely unprofessional I’ve never seen a place that shows this little respect or basic courtesy I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone, If you expect even the slightest bit of respect or competent customer service avoid this place
They have been my pharmacy for a long time and honestly they have alwaye been great. Very pleasant and go out of their ways to ensure you get your meds on time.
Extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. They show zero respect for their customers. Dr. Parvaneh and the woman who appears to be her sister are both consistently rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. On three separate occasions, they called me to say my medication was ready — only for me to arrive and find that it was not prepared or even located. When I calmly explained that this had now happened multiple times, neither of them took responsibility. Instead, they blamed each other and acted like it wasn’t their problem. Not even a basic apology. On the contrary — their attitude was extremely disrespectful and dismissive, as if I was bothering them. To make matters worse, the last time I went, they had promised my medication would be held for me — but gave it to another customer who arrived before me and asked for more, simply because of money. That shows how little they value their customers’ time and trust. There are many other Persian-speaking pharmacies in this area with much better service, better attitude, and far more reliable care. I strongly recommend choosing a different pharmacy. تجربهی من با این داروخانه بسیار ناامیدکننده و بد بوده. هیچ احترامی برای مشتریها قائل نیستند. خانم دکتر پروانه و کسی که به نظر میرسه خواهرشون باشه، هر دو فوقالعاده بیادب، بیمسئولیت و بدقول هستند. تا الان سه بار خودشون با من تماس گرفتن و گفتن داروت آمادهست، بیا بگیر — و هر سه بار وقتی رفتم دارو نه آماده بوده و نه حتی پیداش کردن. وقتی محترمانه بهشون گفتم این چندمین باره که این اتفاق میافته، نهتنها هیچکدوم مسئولیت قبول نکردن، بلکه تقصیر رو انداختن گردن همدیگه! حتی یه کلمه «ببخشید» هم نگفتن. بدتر از همه این بود که آخرین بار دارویی که قرار بود برای من نگهدارن رو دادن به یه مشتری دیگه، فقط چون اون زودتر اومده بود و و مسلما نقدی پرداخت کرده بود. این نشون میده که براشون فقط پول مهمه، نه وقت و اعتماد مشتری. اخلاقشون بد، برخوردشون بدتر، و اصلاً قابل اعتماد نیستن. توی همین محله کلی داروخانهی دیگه هست که هم فارسیزبانن، هم بااحترامتر، هم دقیقتر. اکیداً توصیه میکنم که برید یه داروخانه دیگه
Even one is a lot for you.I had a very unpleasant experience .The staff ( I think she was the owner)was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. Instead of providing the assistance I needed, she seemed more interested in ignoring and humiliating .So judgmental .Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and it made an already stressful situation even worse. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking a professional and courteous experience. I definitely took my business somewhere else. I am so disappointed.
Horrible customer service. Asked them to transfer my prescription and they took another customer after me and then when I asked how long it will be the woman blew up on me as if it was an inconvenience for them I was doing this. Well it’s an inconvenience for me you guys are suing my pharmacy which is why I was at this unprofessional place to begin with. You shouldn’t be running a place like that if you don’t know how to talk to people properly.
Very slow staff. I called them 2 hours after they received my prescription from my family physician. As per them, 30 minutes were required to make my prescription ready. As I was so sick, I kindly asked them to make them ready and I would go there in 1-2 hours to avoid waiting. Surprisingly, the medications were not been ready after 2 hours and it took me more than 25 minutes! Very irresponsible, slow staff, not professional.
The worst and most irresponsible doctor and pharmacy staff that I have ever encountered. The closing time of the pharmacy is at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:00 p.m. today to receive the medicine that the doctor sent me as an emergency, but in perfection In disbelief, the door was closed and the light was off. While it is written both on the website and on the door, it is open until 8 pm today, and it should be noted that today is a normal day. I am really sorry and surprised by so much irresponsibility And what's more interesting is that I inquired about the neighboring shop and they told me that maybe they should have done something to leave earlier if the closing time on the door and website has not changed and it was shown that it is now open. I am really sorry because due to illness I asked my family members to drive me there because I could not drive. From my point of view, your score is zero, not one.
