We had a front door and two sliding doors installed and experience a problem with the front door handle. The back deadbolt plate fell off right away then the inside handle was loose and wiggly. Called and talked to Steve and he said someone would call to set up an appointment to fix. Called again when we did not hear back and still no response. My husband will have to remove the door handle and replace it himself. Very bad customer service, would never use or recommend to anyone.
They did our roof 12 years ago. Shingles did not blow off in wind storm like some of our neighbors.
Their quotes are reasonable and they do a great job.
The work itself is basically fine, but the service is terrible. They sell you a service and a schedule, only for the on-site workers to tell you they aren't going to hold up to it, and there's nothing you can do about it. There is a frustrating disconnect between the company and it's execution.The business owner said it would be a Friday-Saturday project; we cancelled a long-planned vacation that weekend to be around.Workers showed up on Friday and started working, then told a family member that they'd leave end-of-day on Friday and be back on Monday. When we mentioned the agreement, the workers claimed they had a family engagement that weekend, and that the company told them it was ok. They were patronizing and demeaning and to two different family members, then agreed to come back on Sunday to finish.Sunday came and went, with no contact from them. Then they showed up on Monday to finish the job, and didn't even mention the fact that they had deceived us.Don't hire them if you want a reliable and accountable service.
I installed 12 windows with them.I liked that they were punctual but few things not happy with: measurements half inch smaller on all windows( all other quotes I had were right measurements) and the explanation of extra sealing I don't buy it.So I had to change all the blinds.They left nails half screw in my deck probably to fix the ladder and I stepped in one and another issue was that they delayed me 3 weeks to get my rebate since they didn't do ppwk fro GreenOn and when done was wrong..Overall...could have been better.
