I had my roof replaced by Ironclad Roofing in July of 2022, and unfortunately, my experience started great but turned extremely disappointing. In December of 2024, a home inspection revealed that the roof vents had been covered, leading to mold growth in the attic. I contacted the company, hoping they would take responsibility for their work. I first spoke with the sales representative Jonathan, who assured me he would look into the issue and get back to me. I followed up with an email—no response. I called again, and once more, I was told they would get back to me. They never did. It’s clear that once they had my money, customer service was no longer a priority. If you’re considering this company, be aware that their support seemingly ends the moment your payment clears. I would strongly caution anyone looking for a reputable and responsible roofing company to look elsewhere.
We had an excellent experience with this company. The roof was completed quickly, and the crew was very professional. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The best part is everyone keeps telling how amazing the roof looks. We have a fairly big roof and my husband and i were worried that the rain would be noisy, as we have read a few places on the internet. But the roof is quieter now with the metal roofing! We are thrilled that we went with Ironclad roofing.
I had my roof replaced last year by IronClad. The crew was very professional and courteous. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and left no debris on the ground. The roof looks fantastic and has performed flawlessly in all seasons. I have replaced my shingles 3 times over the years and look forward to never having to shingle again. A metal roof was the best investment I could have made.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Roof was installed by unqualified personnel. Jonathan was unresponsive when initial leaks were causing continued damage to interior of house. I put my trust in him and he failed entirely on this project. The install took over two years to complete. I am pursuing this company legally as it is borderline criminal how they handled our roof. I urge everyone to stay away.
I can't say enough positive things about Jonathan and the entire crew at Ironclad Roofing. My new steel roof is the talk of my neighborhood for the durability and great looks. In addition, when my mother's house (2 blocks away) sprung a leak (because a branch came crashing down on it), I called Jonathan and he came over with a crew and a smile (on Family Day!) and did the repair job....you just won't get that level of service from anyone else....I would choose Ironclad Roofing for roof repair/roof installation again in a heartbeat.
