On behalf of Roma Building Restoration Ltd.: We made the mistake of trusting Sunline Roofing Inc. to be a reliable and professional company. They disregarded the importance of meeting a schedule and lacked the basic communication requirements on a project. More importantly, they do NOT value the Clients needs, and rely on ongoing threats of not showing up on the site to get their way. We will never make this mistake with an irresponsible and unreliable company, like Sunline Roofing Inc., again.
Juan is filled with empty promises and does NOT treat his workers and sub trades in a respectful, fair, and professional manner. After performing work for Sunline Roofing in the summer of 2017, to this date we still have not been paid despite our ongoing reminders and our Final Demand For Payment. We will never make the mistake of trusting and working with an unprofessional company like Sunline again.
Juan and his crew provided exceptional service beyond expectation. From start to finish the process was professional and without issue. Juan educated me regarding the skylights and installation process. As I did my research I knew he was the person for the job. He was direct, honest and very reasonably priced. I will do more projects with Sunline Roofing hands down!!!
On behalf of Roma Building Restoration Ltd.:After posting my review, we received the following e-mail from Juan Bautista, the owner of Sunline. We were disappointed by this response as we are now being threatened again, in addition to being insulted. This type of childish response only serves to reinforce our previous post. As a clarification to the response below, we could no longer tolerate Sunlines ongoing deliberate inability to meet the contract schedule that we advised him that if he continues to ignore the Clients needs, we would have no choice but to replace his crew with an alternate last minute crew. Juan immediately decided to simply walk off the site, even though he was paid in full for the representative work completed at that time. In our opinion, we do not feel that this is the respectful and proper way to run a business. Again, lessons learned, we will not make the mistake of trusting and relying on a company like Sunline again. Direct quote from Juan: Just forcing to tell you in 30 days al warrantys will be void and al members will receive a notice and else telling you guys I'm not scared of you guys and everything you said Rick I wiped my ass you are not professional I'm the one who waking out the job because you you null my INVOICE Rick stop leck Joe balls
