Sunglow Roofing did my sisters roof a few years ago. She is very happy with their workmanship and the service. So I decided to go with them. Thanks Joanna for all the help. and roofers did a really good job. They cleaned up really good after the work too.
They did my roof two years ago, I am very happy of their work. The reason I wrote this review after two years is that you never know how the roof is like when they first finished. I called them once when I saw the shingles on my backyard. They came right away to check. It turned out was my neighbour's shingle. I felt so sorry because they came all the way from Markham to brampton.
Extremely poor job quality and no warranty.I had new roof installed with them in May. In July two peaces were torn by wind and flew away. So I called them and was very surprised that wind damage does NOT covered under warranty. I contacted different contractor who fixed the damage and told me that all shingles was not properly 'tabed' and also were nailed with 3-4 nails instead of 10-12.Very disappointed.
My roof was serious leaking before re-shingle. After these guys come and re-shingle my roof, my attic is nice and dry. It is very nice to do business with Joanna and her team. She helped to make the re-shingle process nice and easy and show the perfectionism of what she does. Thank you for all the hard work.
I called at least 20 contractors for the estimate. Sunglow Roofing is highly recommended by my family members. After talking to Joanna and Yudy, I was very confident that they will do a good job for me. It turns out I was right. They finished the roof within one day just like what they told me. My roof looks fantastic now. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family members.
