We went in looking for a car seat upgrade for our son. We have to admit that we had done our research prior so the sales associate really only had to help us pick between two. She was very helpful and even let us know that a sale was coming up relatively soon. Were going back on Friday - so hopefully we get the same level of service
Great selection on baby supplies in a very nicely organized store. That being said, the majority of the sales associates there are HORRIBLE! Most dont speak English and have NO IDEA how to help you. I walked around the store for almost 30min looking at things and I must have passed FOUR different sales associates during that time. Not once did they ask me if I needed help. Finally, I flagged a lady down and asked if they carried a particular car seat cover, and she looked at me as if I had grown horns. After not really acknowledging that she had heard me, she walked over to another sales associates and redirected my question to another girl (who spoke broken English). Luckily I understand Chinese, otherwise I would have thought that first girl was just walking away from me without helping at all! Seems like I would have received better service if I had spoken to them in Chinese... The only saving grace was from the cashier who was nice enough to chat me up in PERFECT English after seeing how upset I was. They really need to hire some associates who are familiar with what retail service should be like! Maybe change their pay to be commission based to encourage them to speak to their customers!
Absolutely unbelievable worst customer service attitude. This Canabee location have define the Art of worst customer service of the 21st centuryIf you have never experienced the worst customer service attitude, this place you must try, because they will give you the best of worst customer experience that you have ever try. They have master and define The worst customer service I have ever experience. As a customer/new parent, we are trying to get some knowledge and info regards to what some of the baby item, but most of the representatives are teenagers, so they dont even have kids, and they are trying to make a sale of almost anything that we had a question for, and the worst part is that when we said let me look into it, to do some research, they turn from an angel to a devil, and pretty much ignored us for the rest of the time we were there. For me, spending money here, and else where is the same, but if the customer service giving us attitude like this I could take my money else where, even buy it online for extra cost.Never coming back here again, unless I want to remind my self how bad the customer service at this location.Good luck with the reps here
Said I was eligible for a discount if I provided my email. I did however the coupon didnt work. They later told me that there are some exclusions. No fine print was available prior to this. Terrible store. I followed up with the store. They said they would make it work... I tired again and still didnt work when I followed up with frustration they said we are closing and we will follow up tomorrow. Zero communication since. Bought my product elsewhere
This store carries mostly high end baby equipment and furniture. This store gets 1 star because the service is non existent. The sales associates will not make eye contact with you. After wandering around and by the cash, I finally found someone. I asked for help with the cribs, she didn't look up at me and just yelled across the room to someone else. When someone finally came, I asked for help with the cribs. She gave me one catalogue. I asked if that's all they carry, then they gave me one more binder without comment.I also asked approximately how long it would take to receive a stroller I was interested in. I said I wanted an estimate, and would not hold them to a guarantee. They said they could not tell me at all how long it would take. Not even a rough idea. Tldr: poor service. Staff cannot provide details on products.
