HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .... worst customer service ever! Ordered an item online called to ensure it was in-store for pick up and they confirmed it was. Got to the store and no one would assist me in locating my item. After 45 min the manger callously tells me they don't have it and the products been discontinued. They refused to honor the price with a similar item. Rudely told me it wasn't their problem. Will never shop at this location again!!

He went above and beyond to find the best suited equipment and size I was looking forMost other location and stores fail to provide this kind of customer service which is why I like this location. Arjun is my go to rep when I want that quality service from a store. Thanks a lot!
Terrible customer service, workers there is not willing to help. They look frustrated when I need their help to locate an item, and when a worker is asking his coworker if he could help look for an item. His coworker responded how am I suppose to find it? That is definitely not a place I would go back. And I advise others not to go. You will feel like you are trouble to the workers there.
It's of parking, stock is normally available. The staffs are rather not helpful at most cases or they redirect you to another staff that may know a bit more than them. They do have kiosk for faster check out, better than facing a cashier who doesn't care for you at all.
Terrible service. Tool department guy is very disrespectful when I asked for help. Online shows a product is in stock, went to the store and they checked, wasn't in stock. I don't get it. They even checked on the computer and it says they had 5 in stock?Update:This place is by far the worst Canadian tire I've ever been to. I'd rather drive further to another one. They put the automotive paints behind the service counters now. I can't even look at it. Whoever is shuffling things around obviously has no knowledge of what's going on.
