Pushy staff always upsells without knowing their customers first. Not a great shopping experience.
OMG! what can i say about this place... i'm always here with my parents they seem to love it. The workers there are really friendly and the things there are really nice. I love the moose knuckle jackets there.
sales girls too pushy to make you purchase ( including lied about the return policy ). and other things. I understand it but not agreed to the way she did. because no one is stupid
I understand the problem with large chain stores finding good staff but if I compare the markville location to the Hillcrest location it is night and day.The items are the same, which is a rather large yet pricey selection. The quality does speak for itself. So I'm fine with paying more.However Hillcrest has staffed their location with a young staff which appear knowledgeable about the product and happy to help a customer. When I was at markville the young staff there did not even say hello, they appeared to make jokes with one another and flirt with each other.
