My car was in a parked car accident and my insurance claims adjustor suggested caster Markham and one more location where they could send my car. I read the reviews for the Markham location and saw that they had multiple positive reviews, specially for Nicole. I decided to go with caster Markham based on the google reviews and I am glad I went there. My car has been repaired and is new again. It was just bought in March 2025 so I was worried about how it will be. Arafat Markham and specially, Nicole helped me through the process and when I asked if they would switch my all season tires for the winter tires since the car was there, they were happy to do that as a good gesture. I would recommend this place with two thumbs up.
0 stars if I honestly could. if you want your car fixed in 7-8 months with imperfections this is this place for you. they cut corners to save money and are pretty damn cheap. how is it possible to have a headlight look worse than when before it was fixed. I don't recommend if you care about your car. I Just came back from a reliable shop and found out that someone broke a piece of the headlight where its hidden under the hood. stay away from them. Here are pictures of their horrendous work on my headlights. Only if you can see this in person…. Scammers, liars, time wasters and clearly above all, horrible at working on cars.
Amazing prices on service and job well done. Even went above and beyond to clean my car inside. Always a pleasure going here. Amazing customer service with the new staff. Quoted me a 2 week job and finished it within 3 days.
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. Nelson did a great job taking care of the repairing and painting the collision damage on my BMW 535i. Car looks great.
Nelson’s team is A1 with their body work. Nelson was easy to work with in terms of scheduling and communication. I got rust work done with them and they reassured me that they will do the best they can to prevent it from coming back. Paint blending is amazing work done by their painter, Raymond. You really can’t tell that there was body work done on the vehicle.
Nelson and staff did a meticulous job with which I'm extremely happy. The scuff marks are not noticeable at all now. The staff even caught a coolant leak under the hood!
Nelson only knows how to paint well. Aside from that, he does not know how cars work. While he was waiting for a new hood, he took my old hood off during the snowy season, exposing all my engine parts and all that are under the hood (Nelson is not organized at all. Maybe he does not care). Nelson did not understand that snow would damage the parts under the hood. He did it anyway. While my car was waiting for repair inside his warehouse, Nelson opened all my windows and he took the sunroof off. I went to visit, and to my horror, ALL the interior was covered by thick layer of paint dust and particles. I was so sad to see my car was neglected and trashed like that. No explanation was given. Nelson took my sunroof off in the name of repair and repaint, but he just cannot put it back again. So I had to take the car to my dealer to see if they can fix it, and my dealer found a lot of deep scratch marks underneath the frame of the sunroof. Apparently, Nelson just used brute force to remove the sunroof not even knowing how to probably take the sunroof out. Eventually, I had to get the dealer to repair it because Nelson admitted that he does not know how to put it back. I agree with K, this place is a scam. I have other complaints too, but I think this is getting far too long that I will stop here. Nelson only know how to paint - and that's it.
