First of all, the people in Pristine are awesome. They were recommended to me by my friend so I went there to get my car fix due to road accident. On the day that I have them to check my car, they gave me a lot of information and damage spots on the car that I wouldn't know as a normal driving person. They have very sharp eyes to see the defects and I'm really amazed. After that, Mo (the good guy) guided me on the next steps and processes to take on my insurance. He even do the follow-ups on my application and so far, it went faster than expected. Currently my car is in their shop to fix.. and this review is all about their customer service. I'm going to provide another review on the results of their work.
