Great experience overall. Ecstatic about the result of my vehicle repair. Staffs were very professional and the process from dropping off my car, getting a rental and picking up were seamless and stress free as everything is taken care got for you. Quotes were reasonable and timing of fix is also quite fast as well. All in all, I am very satisfied in coming here and a shoutout to the awesome help from Tara and Tony. Can’t recommend this place enough.
This is the best auto repair shop I've ever worked with, hands down! Tony's work is exceptional, when I got my car back I could not tell there was ever any damage. But almost more importantly, Tara made me feel like family the whole time! She even followed up with my insurance when I was having difficulty getting in contact with my adjustor, and coordinated the entire thing. The incident itself had me quite depressed and if it wasn't for Tara I would have just forgotten about it and left the damage on my car, so I am truly thankful I was sent to Fixit Auto Markham. My only regret is not writing this review sooner!
