Excellent job done by Kspec. Had front bumper damage, and broken front camera. Bumper was fixed and repainted with a 1:1 paint match! Camera was rewired and works perfectly.
Been rear ended 2 times,went here both times for replacement Bumper.Bumper came unpainted from dealer.They made it look factory could not even tell either vehicle had accident . True masters of there craft

I accidentally scratched the front bumper of a Toyota Tundra while backing into a parking lot space. My one panel traded a bit of paint with the front corner panel of his car, and also left some paint on his chrome bumper that easily came off with a bit of elbow grease. I waited for the owner in the lot, thinking that we can settle this like adults. He told me he only trusted K Spec to do the work on his car, and the owner of the place (Yung Kwong) apparently felt it necessary to replace the entire chrome bumper because I apparently crumpled the assembly by 0.5cm. It's so convenient, that a few hundred dollar paint job would come out to JUST under the $1000 deductible of most auto insurance policies. It's also SO convenient that he only accepted cash that day, because his "credit card machine broke". I can't rate this body shop on the quality of their repairs over time, but I would definitely not trust any place that asks you to pay over $900 repair in cash, and can't even generate papers showing the correct year in the date field.
So I brought my car in for repair the whole exterior due to hale happened weeks ago. The shop owner Yung was really friendly and professional, and he sent me photo and message updates on the repair progress, and made sure that I understand what was going on and the repair was completed on time! The whole exterior is looking fresh and new without a dent when I picked up the car and the rental car was rather nice and roomy, and pick up and drop off were made without hassle. I'm very pleased with the repair service, as well as the whole experience with K Spec! Highly Recommended!!!
Not a good place to get body work done. Took car in to have a key scratch and dent fixed on the driver door. Clearcoat had orange peel - not smooth, dent still visible on door. Interior door handle not placed back correctly. And film left on opposite side of the car where no work was done that won’t come off. There’s a film on my car overall as well from I can only guess the spray booth overspray. As well, I asked for a side skirt painted and installed at same time to ensure colour match and they forgot to paint it - then charged me for the extra paint and labour when I picked it up. Side skirt obviously didn’t match and they scratched car when putting it on. Horrible customer service and quality. Hope it helps someone out there. Yes, this is K Spec. Review is not wrong.
