My family has been coming here for car maintenance and repairs for a long time (probably more than a decade now) and the service here is absolutely amazing. They price very fairly and are upfront about all issues.
I returned to Mark mentioning the alignment wasn’t done properly. The steering wheel still not straight at all and the rear alignment was not up to spec. Mark behaved poorly or no interest to attend my complaints. No mentioning of any possible solution to make things better. Beware of this poor behavioural attitude operating business. Our community won’t appreciate their services.
Just finished going back to Fix Auto in Thornhill (Glen Cameron Rd) to let them know that I didn’t appreciate the $1600 quote that they gave (and 6 day time frame) to fix something that someone else did in 1 day for $400 (including polishing out a number of other scratches that were on my vehicle). I had used this location before and didn’t have any issues but it is under new ownership . Told the manager that either they thought they could pull a fast one or don’t know what they’re doing......not sure which issue is worse. Be honest, responsible and good at what you do and the business will come.
I came here to change winter tires to summer tires on my only set of rims. The mechanic in charge was friendly and handled it professionally and even had no problem with us watching them perform the installation. The mechanic was quite detailed and careful in his work and took his time to install the tires one by one including rebalancing. Cost depends on your vehicle and tire size but was very reasonable compared to other places in the area (market rate ranges from $70-100 for installation and rebalancing).
when you fix auto here especially for electronic parts，double make sure they will not shut down their business in a year or change company name. They won't cover the defective parts which is still in warranty with numerous reasons, because they are more professional than their customers.
