Due to winter snow tire changeover season, getting n appt for other services was a bit longer than expected……but when vehicle was in shop it was a seamless process. Left it for the day and was ready earlier than promised. All done and courteous service and reasonable pricing . Happy customer for first time !
I brought my vehicle in to have an almost flat tire taken care of. I spoke with Charles and he said he could have it checked out within a couple hours. I left it there and followed up later. This was a Friday afternoon. The tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. The new tire was ordered and arrived on Monday. Repairs were done and we were called for pick up. Charles took care of everything and was quite helpful in addressing our questions. He was my night in shining armour. Thank-you.

I have been coming to this location of Active Green and Ross for over 11 years. Charlie and his team are honest and professional. They might not give you the lowest price out there, but they won't try to upsell you something you do not need. I was so sick and tired of going to the dealer because whenever I would drop off my car at the dealer for a routine oil change, they would call me to give me a laundry list of things that they say needs to be done on my car. Other mechanics would do the exact same thing. This is all BS. Charlie and his team never do this, they will work on what you need done and if they see something else while they are working on your car, they will tell you what that is and tell you what is urgent and what can wait but they do not pressure you at all. These guys are the best place to go to in Markham, I trust them and would not feel comfortable going anywhere else for car maintenance unless it is something that must be done by the dealer. I fear the day that Charlie retires or closes up shop. It's very hard to find a mechanic you really trust. If you have any mechanical problems with your car, please see these guys, they care about what’s best for your car. No upselling.
