They didn’t take any responsibility for something that clearly happened after their service. Here is the honest story For the first time and (will last time)I went to this mechanic shop a week ago to get a safety inspection for Uber. 3 days later, I noticed in my home parking lot that one of the wheel lock nuts on the front passenger side wheel was missing. I called them,They gave me an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. However, when I went back, instead of taking responsibility or even offering a simple apology, they blamed Toyota—saying that the manufacturer shouldn’t use locking nuts on the wheels in the first place . I’ve owned this car for four years, regularly removed the wheels , and never had such an issue before. The only thing they did was replace the missing locking nut with a regular one and didn’t accept any fault for the mistake. It was disappointing to see a lack of accountability for something that clearly happened after their service. I expected more professionalism.
Avoid this place at all costs. I was a customer for three years, and not once did they deliver decent service. Every visit was a headache—poor management, constant delays, and careless mistakes. Even with an appointment, you’ll wait for hours while they ignore you. They don’t respect your time, and their attitude is unprofessional at best. I kept giving them chances, and that was my mistake. Save yourself the frustration—go somewhere else.
