Excellent and fair service. Always pleasant and curteous. Alex has helped me out several times. I had a flat tire once and he couldn’t find the leak. There was no charge despite the fact that it took 15 Minutes of the mechanics time. Will continue to use his services.
If you love your car, care for your car please DO NOT BRING IT HERE. My dad brought in my beloved blue car and after their service it is scratched to no end everywhere it is scratched. They claim it came like this when I literally drive it all the time and that is simply not possible. They say they park it outside and they are too busy so there is no way to know. Which is extremely irresponsible. They decided to just refund of the price of the service when clearly the damage way surpasses the price of fixing all of the damage caused to the exterior. My beloved car completely scratch on driver side, all across the side I don't even know how they manage to damage such a large area with 2 parts of paint literally missing. So incredibly upset and disappointed in the service provided here. All the damage on the driver side is all new SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED and SO incredibly sad about my car. UPDATE: They then called us and told us the want the money back? for the service they refunded us truly are outrageous, how can you scratch someones car this bad give a refund for the service AND THEN ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK? I don't understand the nerve
Been bringing our Bimmer for oil change for many years. Service is great, attentive staff and reasonably priced. Brent is the owner, and he is honest and efficient.
Took a chance a few years back. I’ve used Guardsman 3x now for my oil change… in and out. Very efficient. Fair price, great customer service. Would certainly consider Brent for any other work if neeeded. Definitely recommended.
I took my car for safety certificate for MTO. I reached out to Brent Hsu regarding the time and cost. He was very responsive and accommodating. The service was very prompt and the cost was very reasonable lower than other big Auto franchise. I I am very happy I contacted Brent.
I've recently got my safety component replaced in the shop after a safety check, despite the cost the staff and the tech over there walked me through in details, and was being honest and got the work completed in a short time. I felt my car was in good hands. recommended!
Just left for a 4pm appointment for a Safety and oil change. Great price and quick service. Minor issue was oily finger prints left on my door handle. Other than that Brent was attentive and checked on the progress of the job and had me out in 40mins. *Update: I've been taking my car to Brent an his team for the past 4 years with all of my issues. He's been thorough, attentive and diligent with finding root causes. He really impressed me this week when my brother brought his car in when it intermittently didn't start. Not being the brake switch or the starter we were perplexed but Brent and his team found an unconventional solution that saved my brother hundreds in repairs and most importantly had the car back on the road and my brother relieved of worry. Thanks again Brent and Co!
